Yearly classroom training is provided to our employees; safety and risk management, mental health awareness, CPR & First Aid, and a review of our vision and mission as a company and as individuals are always on the agenda.
Our company is committed to the members of our team going home safely each and every day. We believe that all accidents are preventable and focus on providing the appropriate skills, training and tools to safely and effectively perform their jobs.

In turn, every employee assumes personal responsibility to “Do the Right Thing” to ensure their own safety and that of others around them. Employees are empowered to ask questions in the interest of safety and to validate and verify conditions are safe prior to starting work. Anyone who enters our jobsites or offices has the authority to stop unsafe work immediately without fear of retribution.
